What Can Be Returned?

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    • Notify our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization
    • We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.
    • You’ll receive return instructions via email.
  3. Package Your Return
    • Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
    • Include the RAN inside the package.
  4. Ship It Back
    • Use a reliable courier with tracking and insurance.
    • Anray is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to an error or defect).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • A 3-5% handling fee may apply to returns/refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately at sales@anray.co.za.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization (RAN) will not be accepted.
