Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order details. However, please note:

Delivery Timeframes

Most items are delivered within 3–10 business days.

Custom or large orders may take longer — you’ll be notified of estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation.
Assembly Fees
Where applicable, assembly charges will be clearly communicated. Changes in quantities or product types may affect the final assembly price.

What Can Be Returned?
- Only official Anray furniture purchased from Anray.co.za.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us
- Notify our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization
- We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if eligible.
- You’ll receive return instructions via email.
- Package Your Return
- Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.
- Include the RAN inside the package.
- Ship It Back
- Use a reliable courier with tracking and insurance.
- Anray is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to an error or defect).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- A 3-5% handling fee may apply to returns/refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at sales@anray.co.za.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns sent without prior authorization (RAN) will not be accepted.
