Anray Manufacturers Cast Aluminium Furniture Warranty

At Anray Manufacturers, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our cast aluminium outdoor furniture. Every product is manufactured to provide years of reliable outdoor performance.

We provide a 3-year structural warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Should your Anray cast aluminium furniture experience a structural failure during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component or product at no charge for parts or labour.

Our UV-resistant powder-coated finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, or blistering under normal outdoor conditions for:

• 3 years for furniture installed inland.
• 1 year for furniture installed in coastal environments.

Natural weathering, minor colour fading, and normal wear over time are not considered manufacturing defects.

• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Commercial misuse or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
• Accidents, impact damage, vandalism, or unauthorised modifications or repairs.
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, hail, flooding, lightning, or other acts of nature.
• Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the structural integrity of the product.
• Failure to follow Anray’s recommended care and maintenance guidelines.

Although Anray cast aluminium furniture is designed to be virtually maintenance-free, regular cleaning will help preserve its appearance and extend the life of the finish.

• Cleaning with clean water and a mild natural soap or quality automotive shampoo.
• Rinsing thoroughly after cleaning.
• Removing dirt, bird droppings, tree sap, and salt deposits as soon as possible.

• Abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
• Solvents, thinners, or harsh chemicals.
• Steel wool or metal brushes.
• Pressure washers at close range.

The use of these products or methods may damage the powder-coated finish and void the finish warranty.

• Your proof of purchase.
• Photographs of the affected product.
• A description of the issue.

Our team will assess the claim and advise on the appropriate repair or replacement solution.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Anray Manufacturers reserves the right to inspect any product before approving a warranty claim and to repair or replace the product with the same or an equivalent model where necessary.
